Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your rental date. The remaining balance is due before your event.

Can I pick up my rentals instead of delivery?

Yes, pickup is available in West Jefferson, AL. Please note: If picking up with a truck and placing in bed rental must be tarped and strapped down.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date. If you cancel at least 7 days before your event, we’ll apply that deposit as a credit toward a future booking. For last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days), the deposit is forfeited. Weather cancellations can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
