Requirements:A working outdoor power outlet must be available within 100 ft of the setup location. Streaming services and Wi-Fi are provided by the renter (we supply a Roku to stream with). If you choose the Morning-After Pickup add-on, the projector must be covered overnight using the provided cover to protect it from dew, moisture, and weather.
Best used after sunset for ideal viewing.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may forfeit the deposit. Weather-related cancellations can be rescheduled.
Do you provide extension cords or do we need our own?
We provide a heavy-duty outdoor extension cord up to 100 ft. If the outlet is farther away, you’ll need to provide an additional outdoor-rated cord.
How do we watch content on the projector?
The projector works just like a big TV. We provide a Roku Stick that plugs into the projector, so you can log in to your own streaming service (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Disney+) over your home’s Wi-Fi.
How late can we keep the equipment?
Weekdays (Sun–Thu): Standard rentals are until 10:00 PM. Setup on weekdays will be after 5pm
Weekends (Fri–Sat): Standard rentals are until 11:00 PM. Setup can be done at anytime as long as our schedule permits.
Overnight Option: You can keep the equipment overnight for an additional $40, as long as it’s kept covered and protected from dew, rain, and animals.
