We want your rental experience to be easy and stress-free. Here’s how our delivery and pickup process works:

✅ Customer Pickup (Free)

• All rentals can be picked up directly from our home location.
• We’ll provide you with the exact pickup address once your booking is confirmed.
• Pickup is available by appointment only — we’ll work with you to set a time that’s convenient.
• Important: You must have an enclosed vehicle (SUV, van, hatchback, etc.) for pickup.
  
  Nothing may be transported in the open bed of a truck. This protects our games from weather, damage, and road debris.

🚚 Delivery & Pickup Service (Optional)

Don’t want to worry about loading and hauling? We’ll bring the fun straight to you!

Delivery Rates (Round Trip):

• $25 - 20 mile radius
• $50 - 50 mile radius
• Anything further than 50 miles will require a pickup!

Add-On Services:

• Setup & Teardown: $20 flat fee

🕓 Timing

• All rentals are 3-day rentals (pickup/delivery day, your event day, and return/pickup day).
• Delivery/pickup times will be scheduled in advance to fit your event.

💡 Notes

• Customer is responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery space (driveway, yard, venue access).
• If stairs, long walks, or difficult terrain are involved, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
• Security deposit may apply for delivery rentals.
